Have I Told You Lately That I Love You

God bless you my precious son as you begin your new life with your wife. May your days be filled with sunshine and laughter and may the good Lord be by your sides when the stormy times come and guide you with his great mercy to the place of love that He provides to those that trust in Him.

After the ceremony I didn't take many more pictures for two reasons, one because I didn't not want to miss a minute of what was taking place and I knew the photographers would pick it up from here, and two because I ran out of memory on my camera.......

If you are just stopping by and would like to see the pictures in cronological order you might want to scroll down to the end of the blog to start from the beginning. Sounds wierd but I think that's right.

As more pictures come in I will add them. Please e-mail me any that you have from the reception and I will put them here. My e-mail is sue48858@yahoo.com. Thanks for stopping by and please leave a comment for Kyle & Carrie. Just click on comment at the bottom of each post and follow the prompt.

Bridal Luncheon

On Friday Kyle and the groom's men headed to Travers City for the final fitting of their tuxedos.
The other male guests enjoyed a round of golf or explored the area. Carrie on the phone locating missing tuxedos and making bridesmaids dress adjustments.

One of the darling tables for the bridesmaids luncheon. Aren't the napkins adorable? Our hostess, my friend Pam, maid them with cute buttons and our initials. The flower arrangements are from her garden in blue ball glass jars!
Carrie was stunning here in front of the beverage table in Pam's back yard.
This is Pam's beautiful cottage on the shore of Lake Charlevoix where the luncheon was held. I'm guessing that the flowers came from this sweet garden.

Welcome to Kyle & Carrie's Wedding Blog

Welcome to Kyle & Carrie's Wedding blog. After trying unsuccessfully to e-mail pictures to Kyle I've decided to go with what I know and blog the whole thing, that is up until the point on Saturday night when I ran out of memory on my camera. Here is a picture of the welcome baskets that I made for a few of the out of town guests.
On Thursday morning Carrie, Dana, Blake & I had our Spa Day at Bay Harbor. The guys all headed out for a round of golf at Boyne Highlands.
Here is the happy couple ready to begin greeting their wedding party on the shore of beautiful Lake Michigan. OK, so our deck actually faced M31, the busy street leading into Charlevoix the Beautiful........
